What does your basic service include?

Basic payroll service includes: Inputting payroll data, and printing of payroll checks and reports for each pay period.


Can you track sick days, vacation days, FMLA days, etc. for each employee?

Yes, our software calculates accrued vacation and sick hours according to your company policy and keeps track of its usage.


Do you provide filing assistance for local taxes?

Yes, occupational taxes are filed and paid along with state and Federal taxes. This is included in our basic payroll service.


How will you handle the Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) requirements?

We make your EFTPS payments according to your deposit frequency as determined by the IRS.


If there are payroll data mistakes, how long will it take to reconcile the errors and what will it cost?

If the mistake is made by PayrollNetwork, there will be no charge assessed and we will promptly make the correction on the same day the error was detected. If the error was on the part of the client, the error will be corrected on the same day; however, an additional charge may be assessed.


Are there charges for adding/dropping an employee, or for adjusting employee information?

There is a nominal fee for adding new employees; however, there is no charge for changing existing employee information.


I have an accountant that handles my payroll. Why should I change to a payroll company?

Payroll is our specialty. We focus on payroll matters only. We can provide reports and documents to your accountant at your request, and many accountants are willing to work hand in hand with payroll companies.


I don’t need another payroll company, I have one already. Why go thru the hassle?

I can probably do my own payroll; I just need to know what my obligations are. Can you tell me who I need to pay?

I have employees that travel in from another state. Can you do multiple state taxes and reports?

Of course we can! We will process your payroll according to your unique situation. We have the ability to process payroll in all 50 states.


What are the benefits to outsourcing my payroll?

How does payroll outsourcing work?

We can accept your payroll data via phone, fax, or email. We will take your data and turn it into checks and/or direct deposits. We also provide you with payroll reports so you can stay completely on top of your payroll. We will deliver your checks and reports, and file the appropriate taxes on your behalf. We also provide W2’s at the end of the year.


What if I need a check cut in the middle of the week?

We can courier a check to you or walk you through the calculations for the deductions so that you can write it yourself. We want to make things as convenient and accurate for you as possible.


Can you handle wage garnishments?

Absolutely! We will transfer your payroll funds to the appropriate specified entities.


Can I only convert to your service at the end of a quarter? Can you take over right away?

You do not have to wait. We can make the conversion seamless with little to no disruption to your business!
